International Shipping Information

You are in luck! We do ship international, it can get stuck in customs for a while but be patient. The shipping routes can be weird but have faith you will get your order. It can take up to 30 days with the cheaper shipping options.

What about duties and fees?

Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

I've bought an item, when can I expect for the item to be shipped?

After a purchase has been made it takes 1 - 3 business days (we don't work on Saturday or Sunday) for your item to be shipped.

My item has shipped, when can I expect it to arrive?

Because we are a small business and do not have the capacity of much larger businesses we cannot guarantee quick delivery on all of our orders.

General delivery times for worldwide delivery are 1 - 3 working weeks. (exclude major business holidays). We apologize for the delay but are shipping orders as quickly as possible for only 4 hands! Thank you for your understanding.

Worldwide! There are no restrictions on where we will ship an item. If you can enter the shipping address during checkout, we'll ship it!

How does your company make a profit?

We are a middleman between manufacturers of products and customers. Product testing and feedback is very important to these large manufacturers (and is worth a lot of money to them). Your honest opinion of the product you receive is all we ask for!

Do you require your customers to provide reviews of the products?

Absolutely not. Don't feel pressured into leaving feedback for an item if you are uncomfortable doing so. We greatly appreciate those of you that do provide your feedback, it helps keep us in business!
